This was a heavily customized OS Commerce site.  Customizations included a lightweight CMS for non-shop pages, addition of a custom Gift Cards feature, Shipping Modules for DHL and UPS, an automated sku generator as well as an export for integration into the POS module for the CougarMountain accounting software.
